Bariatric Centers of America was born in 2019 when the founders realized there was no integrated solution to managing and scaling bariatric programs. As a bariatric surgeon himself, Dr. Mike Blaney saw the lack of accessible patient care, especially in rural communities which needed this service the most. Dr. Blaney and his team set out to build integrated and turn-key bariatric program solutions that would provide improved patient access to care and a well-managed approach to the bariatric funnel.
